Application and configuration
We start with concrete use, peak demand, site layout, aggregate supply, voltage and truck dispatch before selecting the mixer and plant model.
Our Story
We do not boast about how advanced our technology is, or claim to be the best in the industry. Our aim is to bring every batching plant user the right equipment that fits them. Quality batching plant equipment does not have to be expensive.
I started at the bottom — loading aggregates before dawn, watching the mixer that is the heartbeat of every site. From the control panel I learned what truly breaks, and what truly matters, when the concrete has to pour at six in the morning.
When a plant goes down, the whole site stops and money burns by the hour. I spent years crawling through mixers and conveyors in the rain, learning every failure mode by hand — and how to keep a line running when it should have died.
Selling taught me the gap between brochure promises and job-site reality. Too many suppliers oversold; too few had ever tightened a bolt on the machine they were pushing. I promised myself I would never sell what I would not run.
Running production, I fought to close that gap from the factory side — better welds, smarter layouts, specs written for the field instead of the showroom. Quality is not a certificate; it is a thousand small decisions made by people who have been on the line.
So I built Mikkino — a manufacturer run by people who have done every job on the line. We do not guess what operators need. We remember. Every plant we ship carries the lessons of fifteen years in the dirt.
How Mikkino works
Mikkino is organized around the decisions an overseas buyer must verify. The scope is defined before production, checked before shipment and handed over with clear site responsibilities.
We start with concrete use, peak demand, site layout, aggregate supply, voltage and truck dispatch before selecting the mixer and plant model.
Drawings, major components, steel fabrication, assembly interfaces and the control system are reviewed against the confirmed configuration before packing.
The delivery plan separates packing, containers, lifting, civil work, utilities, installation support and commissioning so local responsibilities are visible.
Remote troubleshooting, operating guidance and model-specific spare-parts planning are based on the supplied configuration and local lead times.
